I found a recipe for apple overnight oats in my feed and decided to make something similar with the dried fruits I had on hand. I used steel cut oats in the recipe, if you want to use other types of oats you may need to reduce the water, maybe ⅓ cup for rolled or quick cooking oats. This should make for a good breakfast.

In a small container, combine the oats and boiling water, stirring until it thickens a bit

Add yoghurt and stir well.

Add almonds and dried fruits. Feel free to add other dried fruits and nuts as you like.

Cover and refrigerate overnight, about eight hours.
