Soak Whole red chilies without deseeding for 5-7 mins

Put on a blender and add 1/4 cup water to make a paste

In a wok heat oil and add garlic cloves which are sliced fine. Add the Red chilli paste and cook on low flame for 2-3 mins until oil surfaces.

Add black pepper powder, soya sauce, vinegar, tomato ketchup, salt and mix well. Set aside half of the quantity.

To the rest of the quantity add the cubed vegetables and boneless chicken cut into 1” cubes. Stir and cover for 2-3 mins to cook them. Add cornstarch slurry, stir and set aside.

Plate and garnish with chopped spring onions. Enjoy.
