Today, I'm bringing you an eggless cake with a twist of ras malai. This cake is very delicious and just as easy to make. Let's see how to prepare it.

First, mix all the dry ingredients and sift them well. Then add essence, oil, and water to make a batter.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) for 10 minutes and grease the cake tin with oil.

Pour the cake mixture into the tin, tap it 1 to 2 times, and bake for 40 minutes. If the cake seems undercooked after 40 minutes, bake a little longer and then let it cool.

Once the cake is well-cooled, cut it into 3 to 4 layers and whip the cream until thick. Remove the ras malai.

Spread ras malai syrup on each cake layer, crumble some ras malai on top, then apply whipped cream. Repeat for the next layer.

Finally, cover the entire cake with cream, design it as you like, sprinkle finely chopped pistachios, and spread rose petals. Your cake is ready.
