Ingredients

20-25 minutes
2-3 servings
  1. 1 CupBoiled Rajma(kidney beans)
  2. 1-2boiled potatoes
  3. 1/2 cupsoaked poha(flattened rice)
  4. 1Chopped onion
  5. 2Chopped green chillies
  6. 2 tspChopped green coriander leaves
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1/2 tbspjeera (cumin seeds)
  9. 1/2 tbspred chilli powder
  10. 1/2 tbspgaram masala
  11. 1 tbspamchur(mango powder)
  12. 1/3 tbspcoriander powder
  13. 1 tbspcrushed Ginger garlic
  14. 2 tbspcorn flour
  15. 1 tbspmaida(refined flour)
  16. as neededOil
  17. as neededWater
  18. 1/2 cupSooji/rava

Steps

20-25 minutes
  1. 1

    Boiled 1 cup of Rajma and grind coarsely and add 1tbsp of crushed ginger garlic into it

    Add Finely chopped onion, green chillies and green Corinne and add salt as per your taste

    Now add all spices

    Add soaked poha jeera and potatoes and mix well

    Now make corn slurry

    Now take cutlet mix and shape cutlet and cut into heart shape..I have use heart shape cookie cutter

    Now dip cutlet into corn flour slurry and coat in suji/rava

    Shallow fry on medium flame till it's turn into golden color from both sides

    And it's ready serve hot with tomato sauce or with your favorite dip
