  • 1 tbspmichiu/sake
  • 1 tbspmirin
  • 1/2 tbsplight soy sauce
  • 1 tspmiso

    Add sake to vegetables when hot and let the alcohol evaporate.

  2. 2

    Add the mirin and soy and cover to let the vegetables steam in the flavors.

  3. 3

    Once the veggies are ready, take the pan off the heat and stir in the miso.
