Ingredients

  1. 2 cupwheat flour
  2. 3 cupwarm water
  3. 1 cupjaggery
  4. as neededOil or ghee

    First boil the water add jeggury mix it well.

  2. 2

    Add this mixture in to the flour and mix it well. Rest for 2 to 4 minutes

    Hit the pan apply ghee then add mixture and spread it as thin as possible, Add ghee and cook it till its edges leave the pan. I used ghee its give nice taste and fragrance.

    Flip it and cook another side till its cook well. Here I was not used non-stick pawa. Because in normal tawa it's stick and gives nice design.

    Cook it well till its became little crispy. It's give amazing taste.
