Spicy Pork & Tteokbokki

I was given some tteokbokki, so I made this.
If you don't like spicy food, or if you are serving this to children, decrease the amount of gochujang!
Topping with cheese calms down the spiciness. Recipe by Morihan

Steps
- 1
Combine the ☆ ingredients. (Don't worry, it's supposed to be this red!)
- 2
Cut the garlic chives into 4 cm long pieces. Thinly slice the white section of the Japanese leek diagonally.
- 3
Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces and season with a little bit of the Step 1 sauce.
- 4
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and cook the meat.
- 5
Once the meat begins to change color, add the tteokbokki. Add the water and the sauce from Step 1 and stir-fry.
- 6
Once the liquid has decreased, add the leek and garlic chives. Continue stir-frying.
- 7
Once everything has been combined, season with salt and pepper, and enjoy!
- 8
It tastes great when topped with cheese.
