Rice Flour dumpling wrappers, wrapped around spicy and seasoned aloo masala to be steamed or, fried and ready to serve hot.
Steps

1.Add a pinch of sugar and salt to the rice flour and hot water and let them be cooked in low flame for at least 10 min. Do not boil.

2.The mixture is ready to knead a dough. Knead it well. And keep it for 5 to 10 min.

3.Prepare the aloo masala as it is prepared for samosa or, aloochop.
Add all the seasonings and at last the spring onions and coriander leaves as well. - 4
4.Make small balls, roll them and stuff the aloo masala in them as we do in momos or, gujiya.
Shallow fry them in hot oil. - 5
5.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve Hot with chutney or, sauce.
