  • 1/2 teaspoonSalt
  • 3/4 cupSugar
  • 1Egg
  • 2 tablespoonsButter
  • 1/4 cupMilk
  • 1 teaspoonNutmeg or Essence
  • 1/2 cupWater + 2 tablespoons water

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix both dry and wet ingredients. Add extra water if needed

  2. 2

    Allow dough to rest for about 10 minutes

  3. 3

    Deep fry In hot oil as per puff puff
