Black chana pakoda is my most favourite pakoda
Steps

Take a bowl add all chopped veggie like potato, onion, green chili and black chana

Now add all dry ingredients or masala like haldi,red chili, coriander powder,Salt kalungi, ajwain mix all ingredients well, add little water mix it well, keep it aside for 5 min

Take a kadahi heat it now pour some oil,now make a pakoda and place it in heated oil, on low to medium flame, when pakoda change its colour now turn the side,fry till pakoda turn crypsy and golden

Chana pakoda is ready now serve with green Chutney
