In a pan put oil 10ml

Add cumin and mustard seed

After that veggies.till it is half cooked

After that add all tha masala as per you taste

Add oats and fry for 30 sec

Then add hot water.you can add cold water also and cook for 2-3 min.but hot water will make your oats in 10 min

Garnish it with coriander leaves.
