1white onion chopped
3 clovesgarlic crushed
6large Sausages out of skin and rolled into ball
2 tinstomatoes
1 Lveg stock
2 teaspoonsmixed herbs
1 teaspoonchilli flakes
1/2 tubphilidelphia

Fry off onion for two minutes, add garlic and fry two more minutes

Add sausage balls to the pan and fry for five minutes to brown, add glug of white wine if dry

Add tomatoes, 750ml stock, herbs and season, then leave to simmer for 10 minutes

Once pasta cooked, turn off heat and mix in philidephia and serve
