Ingredients

  1. 2 lbsChicken
  2. 1 C.AP flour
  3. 1 C.Milk
  4. 2 T.Unsalted Butter (melted)
  5. 1 cancream of chicken
  6. 2 C.Chicken Broth (use chicken cooking liquid)
  7. Salt and Pepper (or other seasonings)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Place chicken in pot and cover with water.

    Cook until done.

  3. 3

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  4. 4

    Remove chicken from pot and let cool

  5. 5

    Shred chicken and place in bottom of 7 x 11 baking dish

  6. 6

    Whisk together flour, milk, and butter then pour over chicken

  7. 7

    Whisk together broth, soup, and seasonings then pour over casserole

  8. 8

    Bake at 350 for 45 or 50 minutes
