Ras Malai Cake

Very tasty cake which is trending now a days.
Steps

Mix Maida, cornflour, milk powder, baking soda n powder. Mix well.

Mix oil sugar, chenna water, vanilla, cardamom, and 1/4 cup rasmalai liquid, mix well and pour it on the flour mixture, and beat it till smooth dough.

Now preheat oven to 360 F. Add vinegar, mix it fast and pour the mixture in the greased mold. Baked beans t for 20 mins.

After baking, let it to cool, then cut in 3 levels.

Take one level. Soak with rasmalai’s liquid then apply some whipped cream, crushed one rasgulla, and spread it with some dryfruits, now repeat the same for all levels.

Now cut some rasmalai in half and with icing garnished it with chocolate and some sprinkles and petals.
