Mix the batter mixture together until combine and smooth. Add fish and mix well.

Add vegetable cooking oil in a medium to high heat saucepan, add your fish in batter in and turn them over after a few minutes.

Drain the access oil on the kitchen towel. Sprinkle some Himalayan salt and pinch salt smoked paprika. Serve with tartar sauce and tomato katchup.
