Recipe.... Sauté onions...capsicum and corn... Add ginger garlic.Add hing.. Salt... Red chilli powder..Now add all veg in dosa or dhokla better..
Now filled the better in corn husks and steam...add eno while filling for softness... Serve with chutney.. Enjoy

Make a dhokla better. Now sauté Onions and ginger and garlic. Add hing rai red chilli powder and salt. Add other veggie one by one.

Now add eno and filled the corn husks and spread red chilli powder on top.

Now steam them for 20 minutes or till done. Apply oil on husks before use.

Remove them or serve them with husks. Goes well with coriander chutney.
