Kadai Paneer
Steps

Capsicum and onion cut it to cubes. Shallow fry onion, capsicum and paneer and keep aside.

Coat them with kitchen king masala and kasuri methi.

Make a paste of tomatoes,green and garlic in mixer grinder.

In kadai heat the oil and add cumin seeds. Then add tomato puree.

Let this cook till oil starts leaving. Now add Kashmir chilli powder, turmeric powder,salt and garam masala powder. Let it cook very well. When the oil start leaving from sides and puree turns nice red. Then add coated vegetables and paneer.

Mix and combine everything well and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Then off flame and garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.

Serve hot kadai paneer with naan
