4 servings

300 mlProcessed soy milk
50 mlWater
5 gramsGelatin powder
3 tbspHoney (or sugar)

Soak gelatin in water.

Add 150 ml of soy milk to a bowl, and microwave for 2 minutes.

Add honey and gelatin from Step 1 to Step 2, and mix well with a whisk. Add the remaining soy milk, and mix some more.

Pour it into a container, chill in the fridge to harden, then it's done.
