preheat oven 350

toast caraway, ground and set aside

use electric mixer on med speed beet butter,sugars, and salts until fluffy 7-10 min

reduce speed add flour, caraway, and rosemary. mix just until blended

press dough into 8" cake pans. brush w egg. sprinkle w rosemary and sugar.

bake 30-25 min
