500 gramboneless chicken
Marination
1 tspGarlic paste
1 tspGinger paste
1 tspGreen chilli paste
1 cupyogurt
1 tbspginger powder Masala
1/2lemon juice
Make Masala
1onion paste
3tomato paste
1 cupoil
1/2 tspred chilli powder
1/4 tspturmeric powder
1/2 tspcumin powder
1/2 tspcoriander powder
Salt to taste
Garnishing
Green chilli
Fresh coriander leaves
Ginger Julienne style

30 minutes

Take a bowl add yogurt, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste and lemon juice and mix well.

Add boneless chicken pieces and ginger powder and mix well. Marinate for 15 minutes.

Take a Karahi add oil, onion paste and stir fry for 5 minutes then add tomato paste and mix well.

Add marinated chicken and all dry spices and mix well. Don't add water chicken will become tender in yogurt.

Water will dry and you can see oil in it, Chicken and curry with fry in this oil.

Add green chilli and coriander leaves and ginger and mix well.

Cover the Karahi for 2 minutes and remove it from flame.

Serve hot with roti or naan.
