Steps

Heat a pan, add oil and jeera, green chillies,ginger and garlic. Saute for one minute.

Add capsicum and sweet corns. Saute for 1-2 minutes.

Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander and jeera powder, garam masala. Saute for 2 minutes on medium flame.

Add potatoes,paneer, aamchur powder, kasuri methi and salt. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add spring onion, fresh coriander leaves.

Mix well take it off from the flame, cool down to room temperature.

When the mixture cools down dip the papad in the water one by one so it becomes moist and dab it with dry cloth or tissue paper.

Add a spoonful of mixture, roll and seal the ends just like spring roll.

Cover it with another soaked and pat dried papad for extra covering. And repeat the process.

Heat the oil for frying. Keep the flame on medium flame and fry the papad Rolls until they are crisp and golden brown.

Remove it.

Your crispy papad rolls are ready to be served. Serve it hot with green chutney or ketchup.
