Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup- Semolina / Sooji
  • 1 tbsp- All-Purpose Flour
  • As neededSalt
  • 1 cup- Water
  • as per tasteChilli Flakes
  • As neededFresh Coriander Leaves - some
  • 7-8 Curry Leaves - some finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp- Cumin Seeds / Jeera

Steps

  1. 1

    In a mixer jar, put Semolina, All-purpose Flour & Salt then grind them.
    Put some Water gradually & grind them again.

    Take out the mixture in a bowl, put some Chili Flakes, Coriander Leaves, Curry Leaves & Cumin Seeds in it.

    Put some Water in a steamer for boiling & keep a strainer in it.

    Take some steel plates, put mixture in them & give them steam for 30-40 secs.

    Then take out the steamed Papad in a water bowl then keep them for drying on a plastic sheet for 2-3 days.

    When Papad/Wafers get dried, fry them in the heated Oil.
