Easy Sooji Papad
Steps

In a mixer jar, put Semolina, All-purpose Flour & Salt then grind them.
Put some Water gradually & grind them again. - 2
Take out the mixture in a bowl, put some Chili Flakes, Coriander Leaves, Curry Leaves & Cumin Seeds in it.

Put some Water in a steamer for boiling & keep a strainer in it.

Take some steel plates, put mixture in them & give them steam for 30-40 secs.

Then take out the steamed Papad in a water bowl then keep them for drying on a plastic sheet for 2-3 days.

When Papad/Wafers get dried, fry them in the heated Oil.
