Ingredients

  • Combine Dry mix and mix thoughly
  • 1 1/2 cupsflour
  • 3 Tbsbrown sugar
  • 1 tbsbaking powder
  • 2 tspcinnamon
  • Dashsalt
  • Combine Wet mix and mix thoroughly
  • 2whisked eggs at room temp
  • 3 tbsmelted butter
  • 1 1/4 cupsmilk at room temp
  • 1/2 tspvanilla

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Slowly combine wet mix to dry mix whisking as you go. Should be a velvety consistency.

  2. 2

    Add batter to skillet to cook pancakes.
