In a deep vassel put oil,whole spice and chopped onion fry them till onion turn soft add all dry spice powder,curry leaves,salt and ginger garlic pst stir few seconds till aromatic.

Add enough water and coconut pst mix well.add chopped tomato and washed prawns in it cook for 2 minutes on low flame.

Add washed rice and cook on low flame till water dry put ghee top of the pulav keep it on dum for 5 minutes on very low flame.serve hot pulavo with coconut chutney.
