Kadhai Paneer
Steps

Cut the paneer into cubes. Marinate it with salt,1/4 tsp red chilli powder,lemon juice for 10 mins.

Heat 1 tbsp white oil.

Shallow fry the paneer cubes.

When it becomes golden brown take out in a separate bowl and keep aside.

Cut the Capsicum and 1 piece onion into chunks. Another onion and tomato into slices.

Fry the chunks of Capsicum and keep aside.

Also fry the chunks of onion and keep aside.

Add 1tbsp oil into the kadai and heat it. Add cumin seeds,black pepper, green cardamom, cloves.

Add the slices of onions. When it turns translucent add tomatoes and ginger-garlic paste.

Add salt to make it soft and cover the lid.

Cool the mix and blend into a puree.

Heat 2 tbsp oil and add bay leaves and cinnamon sticks

Add the puree,red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt,sugar.

Cover the lid until the oil separates.

Add fresh creame and fenugreek leaves.

Once oil separates add fried Capsicum and onion. Cook for 2-3 mins.

Add the fried paneer cubes and little amount of water. Cook it.

Add garam masala powder

Add coriander leaves.

Now it is ready to serve.
