Add oil to a large flat pan add fry off the onion

Add all the spices and tomato purée and cook for 5 mins leave aside

In a bowl add your lamb mince (can be done with chicken also) and add all the spices and mix
Using a wet had roll into small meat balls and add directly to the sauce - 4
Cover the pan and cook on a low heat for 7/8 mins then open it up and burn off the released water to how much sauce you want.
We’re having this as a starter so I will burn of almost all the water which will leave a thick sauce
