Crispy Saucy Cauliflower
Steps

First boil the cauliflower florets for 5 min on High Flame.

Take out in a dish and let it cool down

After that add salt, Red chilli powder and black pepper powder

Then add lemon juice, plain flour and corn flour gradually and mix well add water if needed and mix well.

Keep aside for 5 min.
Now heat oil and fry marinated florets on it only for 5 min. (Not make it so crispy). - 6
Take out florets and heat oil on high flame. And again fry florets on it. On high flame till crispy. Take out the florets let it cool down.

Now make the sauce for it.
In pan heat oil. Then add chopped ginger and garlic saute for 1 min. - 8
After that add soy sauce, tomato ketchup and Schezwan chutney mix well on high flame for 1 min.

Then add vinegar, salt and sugar mix well and switch off the gas flame.

In hot sauce add fried cauliflower mix well. With the help of Spatulas.
Enjoy, hot and yummy Crispy Saucy Cauliflower.
