Don't you crave a warming drink after dinner on a cold winter's night? Well, that was my thought when I came up with this recipe. I know that there are many recipes for adzuki sweets and drinks, but this recipe prioritized simplicity and speed.

Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 150 mlNatural soy milk (or milk)
  2. 1 1/2 tbspReady-made anko topping

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the soy milk in a pot, then pour it into a cup.

    Add 1 tablespoon of the anko and mix well.

  3. 3

    If you like, add another 1/2 tablespoon of anko to make it even sweeter and tastier.

    Done!
