Easy & Healthy Yudofu with Soy Milk

I was wondering what women like to eat in winter.
The pot in the photo looks just white.

The tofu will be very creamy after it is cooked with soy milk! Even if you use cheap processed tofu this dish will be very nice.

You can add other ingredients to the pot to make it fancier. I like it simple as it is served just with chopped green onion. Recipe by Ryourinin TK

Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 3blocks Silken tofu
  2. 600 mlSoy milk
  3. 600 mlDashi stock
  4. 1 tspor more Salt
  5. 1Green onions (for topping)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Put the soy milk, dashi stock and salt into a suitable-sized clay pot. Bring to the boil.

  2. 2

Cut the tofu into 4 portions and put them into the clay pot. Bring to a gentle boil.

  3. 3

It is done! Serve this pot at the table to share. Eat with chopped green onions.

  4. 4

The soy milk and tofu are both white so it might be difficult to see how the resultant dish looks in the photo. I ladled up one piece of tofu. You might not be able to see it, but there is a yuba on top of the soup in the pot.
