My daughter loves soy milk, so I made this. It doesn't smell of soy milk and it warms you up.

Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 1☆Chicken thigh or breast
  2. 200 grams☆ Minced chicken and burdock
  3. 1 blockTofu
  4. 1/2●Carrot
  5. 10 cm●Daikon (white radish)
  6. 2bunches Mizuna greens
  7. 1Leek/mushrooms/cabbage
  8. Other ingredients
  9. 2 1/2 tbsp☆Dashi stock granules
  10. 1 tbsp☆Soy sauce
  11. 800 ml●Water
  12. 300 ml●Soy milk

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the chicken and tofu into bite sized pieces. Slice the carrots and radish into quarters. Chop the other vegetables into easy to eat sizes.

    Put the ingredients marked ● in a saucepan and turn on the heat. When it's come to the boil, add the ingredients marked ☆ and gently cook them through.

    Put all the vegetables apart from the mizuna, along with the tofu, into the pan. Mind the tofu doesn't crumble. Cover with a lid and simmer.

    Once the chicken has cooked through and all the vegetables have softened, add the mizuna, cover with the lid, steam for a short while and then it's ready.
