Cooking Instructions

Take wheat flour in bowl add salt, coariander leaves, spring onion,mixed herbs,garlic paste, 1 tbspoon oil.Knead semi soft dough. Rest for 20 minutes

Chop garlic cloves and green chillies.add salt, asefoetida and melted butter in it.mix well and keep aside.

With the help of wooden masher crush garlic mixture.take out dough again Knead it.and divide it in equal sized balls.

Roll out paratha spread chilli garlic mixture on it.fold it like flaps.and make round shape.

Again roll out paratha.heat Pan put paratha from both sides till golden brown by adding some oil. serve hot with onion raita, boondi raita, chutney anything goes well with it.my family prefers thick dal with this paratha so served with dal and onion raita.do try this recipe.
