Whip the egg whites to stiff peaks. It helps the biscuit to have a light crunch. Recipe by Ichigopapiko

Steps
- 1
Put the egg whites and sugar in a bowl and whip well, until it forms stiff peaks.
- 2
Add the egg yolk in the bowl and mix.
- 3
Whip well again, like this.
- 4
Switch to a rubber spatula, sift in the cake flour and fold it into the batter.
- 5
When the flour is folded in nicely, preheat the oven to 150°C.
- 6
Pour the batter into a piping bag with a round tip, and pipe. If you will be eating the biscuit as is, sprinkle with lots of powdered sugar during this step.
- 7
Bake for 12 ~ 15 minutes, watching the color.
- 8
Finished. The taste is great as is.
- 9
Put it around a sponge cake for a luxurious look Charlotte aux fraises,.
