There are lots of biscuit ladyfingers recipes, but I tried making it as simple as possible.

The eggs I used are large sized.

Ingredients

  1. 1Egg yolk
  2. 1Egg white
  3. 25 gramsSugar
  4. 25 gramsCake flour
  5. 1Powdered sugar (if you are eating as is)

Cooking Instructions

    Put the egg whites and sugar in a bowl and whip well, until it forms stiff peaks.

    Add the egg yolk in the bowl and mix.

  3. 3

    Whip well again, like this.

    Switch to a rubber spatula, sift in the cake flour and fold it into the batter.

  5. 5

    When the flour is folded in nicely, preheat the oven to 150°C.

    Pour the batter into a piping bag with a round tip, and pipe. If you will be eating the biscuit as is, sprinkle with lots of powdered sugar during this step.

    Bake for 12 ~ 15 minutes, watching the color.

    Finished. The taste is great as is.
