Ingredients

  • 3 slicebacon cut up
  • 1 lbsausage
  • 1 largeonion
  • 10 cupdiced potatoes
  • 3 tbspparsley flakes
  • 1 tspturmeric
  • 1 1/2 tbspsalt
  • 1bacon drippings from seven slices of bacon minus 3 tablespoons
  • 1 1/2 cupmild shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 cupmozzarella cheese shredded
  • 2 tspgranulated garlic powder
  • 2 tsppaprika
  • 1 tspdried basil
  • 3 1/4 tbspparmesan cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    render the bacon save rhe drippings

    take the casing off the sausage chop it up into medallions thin ones

    chop your onion

    peel wash and cube your taters

    remove the bacon when its rendered set aside

  6. 6

    add potatoes and onions to the drippings stir well until all are coated

    cover let cook till nice and tender stir occasionally so it dont stick to bottom

    add your sausage and cover let cook 7 minutes add bacon

    add your spices and herbs

    add cheese

    cover turn off heat let sit 5 minutes then dig in

    when using a shredder becareful
