  • 1/2chopped apple
  • 5black grapes
  • 3strawberry
  • 2 tbspmilk
  • 1 tbspchiya seeds
  • 1/4 tspcinnamon powder
  • 1/2 tspfennel seeds
  • 5cashews
  • 6raisins
  • 3almonds
  • 1/2 cup dry fig
  • 1 tbspgrated beetroot

  1. 1

    Together all ingredients,peel & chopped banana & apple,take a mixture jar,add banana,apple, milk,grapes,strawberries,grated beetroot,fennel seeds,2 cashews,3 almonds,1/2 fig.

    Blend it properly,transfer into a bowl.
