Firstly wash and chopped cauliflower.

Futher blanche cauliflower with salt and turmeric powder for 5-7 minutes.

Now remove cauliflower from blanching water.

And spread cauliflower upon cotton cloth for at least 1 day or 4-5 hours in sunlight.The vegetables should have no moisture or water on them and must be completely dry.

Once the vegetables are dried, Futher roast for fennel seeds, fenugreek seeds and rai for a few minutes.

Now roughly blend in blender.

Now heat oil and keep a side.

Now add blend ingredients, salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder mix it well.

Futher add oil and mix it mix good.

Now ready pickle pour in air tight container. Serve pickle after 4-5 days.

Enjoy spicy pickle with rice, paratha, chapati.
