First take a bowl add gramflour add all dry ingreidents in it and add curd and mix well. Add water little by little make a smooth batter just like dosa batter.

Now ready cheese cubes grated and add onion and coriander leaves no need to add salt. Mix well.

Now grease a tawa little and add batter onit and when it seem dry batter on top then sprinkle oil on it and place cheese masala on one side ofthe chilla and fold it.

Another type I made omellete stuffed chilla. Made chilla and on another tawa made omellete and place on chilla and fold it. Enjoy the both tastes with tomato ketchup with family.
