Cut cauliflower and dip it into hot water for 5 minutes.peel skin of potato and wash it.Heat a pan, add mustard oil. Let it smoke. Now add potato and fry till it gets little brown color. No need to deep fry. Take the potato out and add cauliflower in the same oil.

Sauté cauliflower till it gets little brown color. Take it out. In the same pan add jeera, hing, chopped garlic, onion and ginger. Add green chili too.

Cook till it is translucent and raw smells go away.Now add Kashmiri chili powder, turmeric and coriander powder. Stir it. After that add cauliflower and potato to it.Add salt, mix and cover and cook on slow flame.

Check cauliflower, when it’s cooked add chopped tomatoes to it. Stir and cook it again with lid. Add kitchen king masala or garam masala. Stir it, be careful cauliflower shouldn’t break. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves. Switch off the flame. Cauliflower potato sabji is ready to be served with dal rice or hot roti/ paratha.
