Ingredients

  • 4= bread slices small
  • 1= egg
  • 3 tbsp= corn flour
  • 2 tbsp= bbq sauce
  • Sesame seeds as required
  • Oil for shallow fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat egg with hand whisk very well then add corn flour and bbq sauce and add 1tsp sesame seeds and mix wel.

  2. 2

    Cut bread slices in sticks,coat each sticks in egg batter and shallow fry till golden color.
    Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top

  3. 3

    Serve with chilli garlic sauce or garlic dip
