Bajre ka Khichda
Steps

Put 4-5 glasses water into the cooker along with some salt. when water starts boiling then put Bajra and moth dal. cover with a lid and cook for 40 to 45 mins on low flame.

Meanwhile make tadka :-
Heat ghee into a tadka pan then crackled cumin seeds and saute garlic. Then add onions and cook until become soft - 3
Add garlic and green chilli cook one minute then add tomatoes and mango pickle masala and cook until leave the oil.

Add all spices and cook for 2 - 3 minutes.

Mix this tadka into cooked bajra khichdi and cook for 10 to 12 minutes on low flame. adjust consistency with water.

At Last add coriander leaves
serve with papad and lots of butter
