Steps

First, dry roast the raven slow flame. on't change color. just mild roast it.

Remove it. In the same pan, add oil n add half a portion of jeera n mustard. allow spluttering.put onion sliced n green chili and ginger chopped. then add all veggies n fry it properly. Now add salt and turmeric chili powder.

The veggies can b covered to increase the rate of cooking check it is cooked well but doesn't do mushy allow it to just ok.

Add water. and after 2 minutes add Rava,🙂remember the quantity of water should b such it should be covering the Rava and 3 spoons extra. so that rava can swell.

Keep stirring,for say 5 mins. On low flame.

Now prepare to temper to add ghee n urad Dal, chana, mustard seeds n jeera,sukhi mirch n curry leaves. all should be done well. add it now. saute for 1 min n serve...😍😍🤗🙂
