Take a large bowl add wheat flour. Knead a soft dough by slowly and gradually adding water as per the need.

Once the dough is kneded well.Sprinkle little water and cover it and keep aside.

Cut the cauliflower to florets.Wash well cauliflower in running water. Rinse it.

Now grate the cauliflower florets with the help of grater.Again squeeze the grated cauliflower.

Add the grated cauliflower in bowl or plate.Also add grated ginger. Add finely chopped green chilli. Add red chili powder, roasted jeera powder, carom seeds.Add Finely chopped fresh coriander leaves. Mix it all well.

Now add around 1/2 tablespoon ghee or as needed on dough and knead it again so as to make it soft and smooth. The dough is ready to make paratha.

Place tawa on gas fire. Keep the tawa on low flame.Heat well.

Add salt in cauliflower mixture.Mix nicely.

Now let's start making paratha.with the help of rolling board and pin.

Take a some portion of dough (little more than of chapati)Roll it in the shape of round chapati.(little thick than of chapati).Keep aside.
Now similarly roll another round shape.Place cauliflower paratha mixture all around over as needed.Seal the paratha from the edges of paratha and roll it again and flatten little more.Now with the help of fork prick the edges of paratha with fork..(This part is optional).Prick both sides.

As the tawa is heated well. Roast paratha both sides. Apply ghee both sides and roast.Roast till golden brown and little crisp.

Serve hot with butter,curd,chutney or pickle.
