Steps

First whisk curd and keep aside.

Heat ghee in a pan. add ginger garlic & chilli to it. Cook for 2-3mins.

Then add cumin seeds,mustard seeds & hing. Cook for a minute then switch off the flame.

Add all the spices, mint powder & coriander leaves to it.

Transfer this tadka to curd bowl.Mix well.
- 6
Serve in a bowl.... top up with little tadka & coriander leaves.
