Ingredients

  2. Fresh tomatoes
  3. Fresh pepper
  4. Salt
  5. Curry
  6. cubeSeasoning
  7. Vegetable (ugu)
  8. Egg (3)
  9. Onion
  10. Vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

    Peel, wash And fry the yam.

    Heat up vegetable oil with a little salt in it. Add sliced tomatoes and onions and pepper. Fry for 2min then add seasoning and curry

  3. 3

    When the tomatoes looks a bit dry break in your eggs and keep stirring so it doesn't get burnt. Add vegetable and allow to steam for about 5min. Then serve.
