Ingredients

2 drinks
  1. 2large shots whisky (bourbon preferred)
  2. 2 tablespoonbrown sugar
  3. 4 dashesangostura bitters
  4. 1large shots water
  5. 2large cubes of ice

Cooking Instructions

    Put brown sugar in a cocktail mixer and add bitters. Use muffler to mix bitters into brown sugar

  2. 2

    Add whisky and water and mix with muddler / spoon until dissolved

  3. 3

    Add a large cube of ice to each of the whisky glasses

  4. 4

    Add ice to cocktail shaker and mix well. Pour into the two glasses

  5. 5

    Add orange peel to garnish if available.
