My friend who loves roasted soybean flour (Kinako) requested these. I was going to shape them into squares like I usually do, but this time the dough was a bit sticky, so I rolled them into balls.

Pre-heat the oven to 170℃. Put the bowl on a scale and add all the ingredients.

Mix well with a spatula.

I rolled them by hand this time. Line up on a baking tray with gaps in between them, and bake for 15 minutes at 320°F/170°C.

Done! If you touch them they will crumble, so wait until they have cooled down.

Once they have cooled, coat in a mixture of soybean flour and sugar, as you like.
