  1. 1 cupPoha
  2. as requiredSalt, turmeric,chilli powder,oil for cooking
  3. 1 carrot,
  4. as requiredbeans,
  5. 1 potatoes,
  6. 1onion,
  7. 1 beetroot,
  8. 2green chillies,
  9. 1 inch ginger
  10. as requiredcrushed,Peanuts roasted
  11. Tempering
  12. as required Curry leaves, mustard seeds,jeera,
  13. as per needSukhi red mircha

Cooking Instructions

    First wash poha of dirt,

    Allow it to b dry or devoid of water.

    In a pan add tempering,n then add green chillies n ginger, onion sliced,add veggies cut prominently...add

    Water to it...allow it to b cooked properly..
    Adjust salt turmeric,n chilli powder,after 5 minutes.. add poha...

  5. 5

    Don't over pour water..it should be such poha just able to coat...try sprinkle..

  6. 6

    Add fried peanuts n coriander for garnish
