Here's an option to make granola at home. It turns out delicious and not too sweet, so if you have a sweet tooth, I recommend adding an extra sweetener like stevia, Splenda, or a touch of honey. The additional ingredients are entirely up to your taste; you can use shredded coconut, raisins, roasted peanuts, etc. ☺️

30 minutes
  • 2 cupsrolled oats
  • 1 tbspcinnamon
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 2 tbspvanilla extract (about 30 ml)
  • 1/2 cupsugar-free maple syrup
  • to taste dried cranberries
  • to taste almonds
  • to taste walnuts
  • to taste sunflower seeds

    Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
