In a bowl mix the 1 1/2 cup of warm milk with sugar and fast action yeast and set aside to rest 5-10 minutes covered in cling-film

During this time preparing the stuffing and setting aside is a wise idea

Now add the yeast mixture to the flour mixture and knead until you get a smooth, elastic dough (but not sticky if sticky its in need of more flour)

Shape the dough as a ball and place it in greased bowl cover and let it rise for 1 hour

Cut the dough into 2 equal halves and roll as a rope, cut each rope pieces about 1 inch each. Will give you about 11 equal pieces

Now the stuffing and shapping, bring the dough yo a Flat ball dough slightly add enough cheese and in the centre and bring the sides together wrapping it around the filling making sure you securing your pinches to lock the stuffing in and smooth into a square shape or follow any dough shaping instructions on google

Allow to rest for 5 minutes brish the top with whisked egg and vanilla, sprinkle sesame seeds and bake at temperature 180c for 25 minutes or until golden brown
